Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website, and those who have shopped from it, run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, poor quality goods that look nothing like what was advertised, or nothing at all. Therefore, we do not recommend purchasing from the Techandy.

I received my "Smartwatch" after about 5 weeks. There was no mention of the watch needing a SIM card. It does not operate without it. I am just beginning the refund process. Wish me luck.

We had ordered and paied for in good several of Techandy small mobile cell phones cost $200.00 AU, never got phones they also tried unsuccessfully to try remove more funds from my AU bank account 2nd time.

Unfortunately for them I have some very heavy connections in China and am flowing some leads on theses crooks. I will have them dealt with. I have also informed InterPol of their fraudulent business dealings.

Had a nightmare getting a refund but thankfully in the end, I chased through Paypal and they forced the situation so I got my refund on the last day before it got raised up to the next level.

Techandy have no contact telephone number and the goods I received did not link properly to my Iphones. Not sure if the goods were real or fakes.

The contact telephone number supplied to Pay pal does not work. I had to return my goods to China and Techandy is not in China.

Dont think I would have got a refund if it were not for Paypal!!

I purchased 2 watches fromTechandy prior to Xmas. They did finally arrive after about 6 week’s but the “winder” button fell off one of the watches the moment I picked it up out of the box. That watch is now rendered useless. The other watch works but the Smart features don’t work properly. They do look good though.

The website marketing is completely misrepresentative of the products and the organisation.

I have sent them emails and they have responded that they do not refund or replace damaged products in spite of the website stating that they have a 60 day replacement/refund warranty.

They were however quite cheap in comparison to proper Smart Watches so I knew I was taking a bit of a risk when I bought them.

I also purchased smartwatch 2 weeks ago and I still did not receive the item. I tried to follow-up them 7days ago and that was the last email I received from them; they said they will contact me for the shipping information, until now, I haven't received any...guys is this website not trustworthy?

Ordered a watch. now 7 weeks later have not received. They say it’s on the way but have stopped replying to my queries 😬
