Fastmediaz is an Untrustworthy Content Streaming Website
Fastmediaz is an Untrustworthy Content Streaming Website

Fastmediaz located at www.fastmediaz.com is a fraudulent content streaming website. The website which claims it will deliver all your favorite movies, music, and games across all your favorite platforms, is similar to the fraudulent websites: www.geeker.com, lilplay.com and tzarmedia.com. Online users who have used their credit cards on the fraudulent website, run the risk of their cards being fraudulently charged for undetermined amounts, even when they have cancelled their subscriptions.

They (fastmediaz.com) claim not to charge your credit card for the trial period, but will do so anyway, even if you cancel before the trial period is up. Also, they will charge you to cancel your free registration, and will periodical charge your credit card for an undertermined of money. And, the website doesn't have some movies, books and music it has advertised. I think this is another trick used to lure potential victims to the website.

Online user who have already subscribed to fastmediaz.com, are asked to contact their credit card company or bank for help to prevent the fraudulent website from fraudulently charging their credit cards, or refund their money if their cards were already charged.

They Mimic other companies on Instagram to get you to “subscribe to prove “who you are” to validate your prize……
They put through and then cancel a €1 transaction, as they said they would.
Then a few weeks later they hit you with a larger monthly fee….
Then you cancel your card & tell your Bank of course.
They are CRIMINALS.
Avoid them

I was trying to watch a college football game by live streaming. After several unsuccessful attempts with common live streaming sites, fastmediaz.com claimed that they had a free trial and asked for credit card info which they rejected and said try another card which I did. The second card was rejected and they asked for a 3rd card which was rejected also. I left that site without authorizing any transaction. I got a FRAUD ALERT from the 2nd credit card the next day with a charge of $1.03. BEWARE OF FASTMEDIAZ.COM.

TL;DR By signing up with a credit card for a free trial to Playmofo, my mom was charged by Fastmediaz on the same day without her knowledge. Playmofo charged her the full €75/month immediately, which she successfully got refunded via email, but a few days later noticed the Fastmediaz charge. She closed the card and disputed the charge as her bank recommended. Both Fastmediaz and Playmofo share the same exact website design, with the exception of logos, contact information, and copyright details.

My mom signed up to a media subscription service named Playmofo, which she found through a google search ad while searching for a book. They promise a 5-day free trial for a €1 fee via credit card. They charged her the €75/month fee immediately, which she successfully had refunded by their customer service via email.

A few days later she noticed a €45,95 charge to 'fastmediaz.com', which had happened on the same day as the Playmofo one. I looked the name up online and found this article, along with the fact that Playmofo and Fastmediaz share the same exact website design. She contacted her bank and explained the situation, to which the service rep recommended the card to be closed and the payment to be disputed as a case of theft (she still has the card but an unauthorized party has the details).

After that my mom contacted fastmediaz through the chat box on their site, and provided her name, email, and first 6 and last 4 digits of her card to access the subscription. The customer service rep was very accommodating, but worked for a third party named Multimedia Live Chat Support, and the chat feature was provided by Five9. They accepted her claim that the subscription was fraudulent and sent the refund noticed to her email as she requested.

The card is already deactivated so the refund won't go through, but we didn't want to take the chance that next month she'd get charged by another website while waiting for the 15 day processing period. As for how she could've avoided falling for this scam/phishing attempt, she's already pretty tech savvy, but assumed that the ads which are displayed as search results by google are more trustworthy than traditional banner ads. Always be sure to do a security check when providing sensitive information, and keep track of your expenses, if not for security then for managing your finances well ;)

Update: The refund actually arrived. My mom informed her bank about it, as she disputed the original charge, so all should be well now.

They just finished ripping me off as well. First of all they said they had my book and then when I signed up (and they promised no charges would appear on my cc) they then debited by cc and they never had the book I wanted. I am still fighting to get my money back. When will someone put these thieves out of business!

I agree Total Scam, for a site saying they said they had a MitsubishI Pajero Manual Evo e v55w 1997 Manuel I was looking for. They offered a free 7x day trial. had to add visa details for this. I found they actually don't have it, so I cancelled my subscription. Bank rings ASAP and says 4x different company's are trying to scam money from your card. So had to cancel my card.

these comments are pretty old, but I think I was scammed, and in search of more inf on the subject, I found this blog. I found a whole new site, quite recent because there is still no negative information, but the scheme seems to me the same as here.

I just inserted the information on the credit card, immediately called the bank and canceled the card.

I hope it arrives so that do not take any money

A few days ago I was reviewing my bank account and I found a charge for something I did not buy. I called the company to request a refund and I still have not seen the credit in my account.

I do not remember the name of the person who answered me and I can not get the phone number I called. What I can do?

Shis! I think i´ve been tricked into it. I few days ago I entered a website to download a ¨free¨ epub book. I was asked to register and after got re-directed to another page where I had to give my credit card details but nothing would be charged to my card.

I thought it was strange but I did it anyway. And yes, yesterday I saw 1 euro had been charged to my account. A few minutes ago I saw Fastmediaz had charged me 45 euros.

God knows why! I haven´t bought anything from them.

Hi,
how do I know the name of their products?
I mean I've never heard about this name before but I saw that they took money in my credit card and that's why I googled the name and find myself in here.

Do they have like a channel? what is it about exactly 'cause I need to know where I should unsubscribe.
Thank you.

Private mail from Fastmediaz.com to Max123Sch in Stockholm in February 2018.

Attractive membership rules: permanently free [?maybe financed by advertisement?] and showed only copyright-free movies.

Before my membership was accepted I “had to” hand out my credit card backside code, only for the case that I would later like to buy something that was not free.

I became suspicious when I was promised to see in my computer an unconventional movie with SWEDISH subtitles. This is impossible. I tried in vain to delete my information. Then closed down the page, and had never accepted membership nor being given any membership.

I posted a message on Internet that Fastmediaz is swindel. I never heard from this firm again. But each month since then 50 $ was drawn from my account by ZEDPLAYS.COM.

I did not detect it until August. Until then I had never even heard about the Z-firm, which apparently could only have got the information from Fastmediaz.com.

They sent me and email confirming that they had stop charging my card. But for good measure I ordered a new bank card also. So I new they couldn't s***w me over anymore.I hope this helps anyone reading this

I also got kicked in, taken a free trial but immediately canceled and fortunately, I received confirmation of this, 7 months later I found that pickaflick wrote off 39.99 each month and vidavod / pspvodbest and cinemavod also wrote 42.50 per month, for me unknown companies.
Directly informed my ING bank and blocked my Euromaster card.
After a lot of mail traffic I received 5 installments of pickaflick and received 3 installments of vidivod, but I mail through.
What strikes me is that you do business with fastmediaz and you get depreciations from all kinds of different companies.

Good tip never go out with this company !!!!

I just finally got through to fastmediaz website and wow they are so good at hiding! I got through to a call center chat line and when I told them I was cancelling because of the information I had been hearing that they were fraudulent they did not even respond to that one the next question they asked was for the first 6 digits of my credit card and the last 3 digits as well.

I stated that I was not comfortable giving that info so I then told them to use my email address after some security information. I was told that my account was closed and I was given a confirmation number and was told that I would get an email from them confirming my request. I hope that that is it?! I have been scammed before and thanks to your site I was warned!!

Received via email:

"Good afternoon, I would like to report a fraudulent transaction regarding a whats-app message that was sent to me by a friend. the link caption stated, Nike providing free $500 to Everyone! to celebrate its 50th birthday this is the link that was attached.

hxxp://nike.com-chollo.com Upon following that link it took me to a site that requests completing a survey where a request was made to input card info to register but will not be charged. Yesterday the security department of my bank called to appraise me of what the Company behind this scam had done. They charged my account $1.03 first and tried to charge my account $49.00 and the bank blocked them. I got the company's name from the bank; fastmediaz.com

Investigate this matter and deal with the perpetrators.

Thank you,

Samuel"

They also hit me by surprise. 5 days trial, how and why I cannot find back or remember. And they charged me for several months. I found it is illegal to do so in the Netherlands. Am I able to sue them to get my money back?

Delete

I am not sure about suing them, but you may consult a lawyer for advice.

You can also contact your bank and have them cancel the transactions and refund your money. Also, have them cancel your current credit card and give you a new one. This will stop the website from charging you.
