www.music611.com - It is a Fraudulent Website

The website "www.music611.com" is a fraudulent one. The website which claims it will deliver all your favorite movies, music, and games across all your favorite platforms, is similar to the fraudulent websites: www.geeker.com, lilplay.com and tzarmedia.com. Online users who have used their credit cards on the fraudulent website, run the risk of their cards being fraudulently charged for undetermined amounts, even when they have cancelled their subscriptions.

They (music611.com) claim not to charge your credit card for the trial period, but will do so anyway, even if you cancel before the trial period is up. Also, they will charge you to cancel your free registration, and will periodical charge your credit card for an undertermined of money. And, the website doesn't have some movies, books and music it has advertised. I think this is another trick used to lure potential victims to the website.

Online user who have already subscribed to music611.com, are asked to contact their credit card company or bank for help to prevent the fraudulent website from fraudulently charging their credit cards, or refund their money if their cards were already charged.

Found a way under their skin - I'm autistic, and I threatened them with legal action over manipulating the developmentally disabled. Less than 10 mins later I received an e-mail saying that I will be fully refunded within 15 days. Will continue to post about things when I have been refunded.

Seems like Eoin Colfer was right in the 4th Artemis Fowl book: "The threat of a lawsuit generally scattered witnesses as effectively as any gunfire." Only in this case, witnesses is actually fraudsters.

    How do I cancel?

    • December 21, 2018 at 10:11 AM by info

It appears you cannot trust them to cancel. Therefore, open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded if they took money from you without your consent.

Then, cancel your credit card and get a new one to prevent further unwanted charges.

I do not know what this is about, but I also had to cancel my card because I got two charges for $ 49.95 each and I do not even know which site is that. I've never bought anything from them, I totally agree with the man from Barcelona, they are scammers.

    • November 30, 2018 at 10:41 AM by an anonymous user from: Sidcup, England, United Kingdom

Hi, I’ve just cancelled my card; this site goes through legit company’s like Amazon as they offer free tv or phone if you subscribe. And then it goes to another site I should have known Amazon is a very reputable company and have used them.

For years so it’s not them. The only reason I found out

Was by reading comments that they had been scammed so I got away with it thanks to forums like this 611 music and it says it’s a free trial.

  • September 19, 2018 at 5:05 AM by an anonymous user from: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain

They are scammers who charged me € 49.95 when I have never visited such a website. I have not bought anything. I'm going to report them. I had to cancel my credit card.

In my situation it seems that the approach was through a "woolworths competition" which, after completion led to a promotion by Stan offering various gifts for free, but $1 was required for transport and therefore a request for credit card number.

I never visited the Website of music611.com and realized only now that they have withdrawn the amount of 49,95 € every month from my VISA credit card since February 2018. I have never subscribed to nor did I receive any services from music611.com

    • June 27, 2018 at 3:32 AM by an anonymous user from: Dublin, Leinster, Ireland

I did not have anything to do with music 611.com and yet they have withdrawn 49.95 out of my account. I am putting it in the hands of my solicitors and they are the best you will get in Ireland; they do not lose cases, only win them.

Has anyone been charged by music611 after stopping their account, without having cancelled a subscription with music611?

Is it advisable to cancel the subscription even if you were not aware having it?

  • May 1, 2018 at 9:07 AM by an anonymous user from: Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden

I have been scammed (at least I was not aware I commited to use a music service other than Spotify) by music611.com from December 2017 to March 2018 before stopping my account. They charged me four times 49.95 $.

But, ADDITIONALLY, 3 times 49.95 $ has been charged by Krateworth Media Ltd and www.Bonxmedia.com, on the same account.

Have anyone experienced the same, with these additional withdrawals?

They charged a credit card I rarely use £38. I have never heard of this site and do not buy music etc off the internet. I don't know how they got hold of my credit card information as it's only my back up card if I leave my purse at home, which I have done in the past.

I was redirected to music611.com while trying to watch the NBA finals live stream from Amsterdam. I was made to register for free but at the end, there was no live stream. I checked my credit card account immediately after reading your post. To my surprise, money has already charged to my card. Without no live stream and withing 5min. Thanks. My card company will surely be notified immediately to stop the crooks.

    Hello,

I do not know anything about this site, have never received any mail from them, and I discovered a levy of 47.98 € on my bank account.

I thought banks had a list of these fraudsters and blocked payments.

They are the guardians of our money, but we have to pay the price of an opposition.

These are always foreign sites, so it must be possible to follow them.
