They should let their banks know that they have unknowingly used their credit cards on an untrustworthy website.

my friend also sent 20000 by credit card, the payment shows its recived in USA and not yet recived anything till date.
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

I ordered and paid in full for a gorilla patio set on 6 Feb tried to contact the company with no success. I have just read this post so guessing I have done my $270 odd dollars. This is frustrating as it was a present for my grandsons 1st birthday. Is there any way we can get our money back.?
