I called my bank to request the money back and now after almost 6 months they returned my money :) So definitely try it.

I ordered and paid in full for a gorilla patio set on 6 Feb tried to contact the company with no success. I have just read this post so guessing I have done my $270 odd dollars. This is frustrating as it was a present for my grandsons 1st birthday. Is there any way we can get our money back.? I suppose the old saying is true, if it sounds too good to be true than its not!!

I have orderd a online product on 17 th January 2018 from patioplayground site and paid through credit card. Even after 15 days they have not send our product and not refunded amount.

BEWARE DO NOT USE. We purchased for 388 AUD but our card was debited for $100 more.
Now we are wasting hours with the bank trying to cancel it.

lesson here..never buy through direct websites without researching them or going thru ebay and paypal.

WE had to cancel our credit card and dispute with comm bank who were fantastic.

I hope they are prosecuted

We stupidly actually tried to buy a playhouse on this site, since it sounded so tempting. However, it fails because of the payment by credit card. Supposedly a payment with this card is not possible, but I definitely know that I can easily make online purchases with it! As a precaution, I will contact my bank and warn you soon!

Thankyou! I thought it looked too good to be true. I will definately avoid them now but may I ask how they are getting away with using Paypal as a payment method when they are a scamming site? I thought Paypal was safe to use as you have the back up of them as well?

I was thinking the same thing! They use PayPal so I thought it was safe. Was looking for contact details for the site and realised they don’t list any so did a google search and found this site!

PayPal is safe. If you use it on a fraudulent website, just report it to them and they will research and refund your money.
