I was duped into completing the online form 2019/20 as it said it was a free listing, the fees were hidden in the small print, I have had a bill for £995, I asked them to remove my listing and raise a credit, they are refusing, what can I do? someone help me, please

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

Glad I saw this as have completed their form and received an invoice for Euro 995! I won't be paying it.

As many others apparently we , a non for profit organization, filled in the form in 2017 and by error paid the amount.

Now they forwarded an invoice for another 995€

I assume we just ignore this invoice or do we need to take legal action?

My Gmail Account blocked the EU business register email from coming into my inbox.

Unfortunately I filled in the form as I was dealing with my Netherlands distributor so thought it was part of her process!

These scammers are relentless. A Year later..... -

"Sirs,

I am hereby informing you that we are forwarding for your attention in regards to the still unpaid invoice we have issued on 02/10/2017, covering the services you have ordered through a legally binding order (attached), placed and sent on behalf of your company therefore requesting the invoiced registration service, duly delivered and unpaid to this day.

We are advising you, with this email, to contract a Lawyer to be properly represented as soon as we will forward your debt to a debt collection agency – by the end of next week.

We are also informing you that EUR 300,- extra legal fee applied by the debt collection agency we have involved will be added to the actual debt you have towards us (EUR 2258,-) – as part of the agreement not respecting the clauses agreed upon the day the request was validated.

We would appreciate your immediate cooperation and to find time for corresponding with us within the following days, as we wish to enforce interruption of this problematic contract before the debt reaches a higher amount and your company is inserted in further Editions and invoiced again.
