    I do not know how I gear rangers got my name because i knew notthing about them.

    I ordered via my son in law’s amazon prime account and yet as i search thee history of my orders, i see nothing of the thermometer i ordered.

    I notified my bank since now i think it was a scam and the bank wants to know about these things if a customer.

    i am 94 years old and can use this money for medications.

    I feel that I have lost my money because i cannot return this defective item and get my refund.

    wish these people can be found!

    Do no purchase from GearRangers.com The product that we received was damaged. I have contacted the company several times, directly through e-mail, but am not getting a response. All I continue to get is advertisement mail (from the same e-mail address that I am trying to contact). Buyer BEWARE!

    Just received the iPhone telescope. It was supposed to be a zoom lens. It is not what it is sold as. It does not have a zoom lens.

    I made an order through them in February and received it almost 2 months later. When it finally arrived it came incomplete with crushed packaging the directives pamphlet was a joke. I emailed to complain and they will not work with me on my complaints or refund me. Very unsatisfied and this website is an absolute scam. Do not buy from them!

    Their return policy is 30 days from date of purchase but they don't even send you your item until close to that 30 day mark and they aren't in the United States, it comes from China so if you are unhappy or want to return for refund, you won't get it. They also say don't return to manufacturer probably because it's a knock off of the original.
