Ignore text messages from 978-710-3152, do not call the number. This is because the number is currently being used by scammers or cybercriminals to send fake text messages Facebook users. The fake messages (see sample below) contain links that go to fake Facebook websites that steal account credentials. The fake or phishing websites will ask visitors to sign in with their Facebook usernames and passwords, but once they attempt to do so, their credentials will be sent to the cybercriminals, who will hijack the visitors' Facebook accounts and use them fraudulently.

Facebook users who have already been tricked the cybercriminals are asked to change their passwords immediately. And, for those who are unable to gain access to their accounts, they may click here for help.
