I cancelled the order with my credit card co. as I Saw this company was strangeI Also Emailed them to what I had done and several times told them do not ship the item. Then I Started getting strange E Mails addressed to me but with hundreds of other EMails(who,gave them permission to do,it? ) with testimonials attached by people that never got the order or those that did and it never worked-from China yet, which was NEVER told to me when I ordered it. The unhappy recipients said it never charged properly and although 20,000 ma were promised, it never produced more than 5000ma.Some said it did not even charge,Lo and behold 5 or 6 weeks later Imget a package from California which was shipped from Chins, again, never told where this thing was coming from.Three times ImEMailed their support site asking for a mailer to send it back.I never even opened the package.Never got a mailer orvanybresponse so it is lying on a shelf, unopened and useless.My credit card co. Said forget it, They may send me some final paperwork to,fill,out but it is no,longer my responsibility.I kept copies of every communication Insent plus one of the crazy EMail with the complaints and hundreds of EMail addresses. I have sent 4 or 5 emails and have spoken to someone who returns your call after leaving a message on voice mail and each time was assured that my order had been processed and I would receive it "shortly".
