      Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded, and you may to cancel your card and get a new one to prevent fraudulent transactions in the future.

    Does the risk of loosing bank personal detail happens when one places the order or is it still risky if one has entered card details but just in time came to know about fraudulent site and refrained from placing order?
