    This company is FRAUDULENT! Ads which represent nice clothing are followed by waiting 45 days for delivery but when received the clothing is NOTHING LIKE the ad.

    A Hackett I bought was so ugly it’s not even funny. Fast forward after 4 emails with them stating they are sending my refund and it’s been 4 months since initial contact.

    Their return address is in Los Angeles!Complete JERKS!

    I have been waiting for my order that I have payed for with PayPal for 4 weeks now. I've sent a few mails, but nothing back. I understand now that this is fraud.

    This company is a scum. I have ordered 2 dresses and boots, and all are rubbish. They copy what’s at the pictures on their web and make it with the cheapest materials!! All 3 pcs looks ugly and I ain’t gonna wear it. Total waste of money! Don’t buy from them, very disappointing experience. And btw it’s a Chinese company, which is not mentioned anywhere.

    I ordered a coat and I was told that I will be receiving an email "shortly" with tracking information. That was a week ago and still no email. Does anyone have a number to contact them?

      They have a customer service email on their website. But don’t expect to get good merchandise from them. They will make a cheap copy the items and send them to you. Just got their parcel after a month and it’s very disappointing.

    Good morning, I order 4 jackets and they have not sent anything, every day a different email with a different tracking number and this number does not exist.

    I will not recover my money but I hope I can help others not lose it.

    To update Dromore my previous email. I was contacted by scissors diary and was YET again asked to be patient they are processing my order.

    This was after having received communication from Paypal. I demanded a refund and by the next day in the morning I received an email from PayPal that I received a full refund.

    I was then emailed by scissors diary making threats that they will with old my refund unless I request PayPal and world pay to remove the negative comments they had received after my complaint.

    If using this company be aware that you may not receive the order and you will be waiting for over a month without any means of communication, not unless you contact them first.

    I made an order about two months ago and still no merchandise to date. I went back to view the product only to find out that the page does not exist. I feel like I have been robbed and this is definitely not a credible online store.

    I ordered my dress on 26/11/18, 18/12/18 still no dress even though it says 10-15 days for shipment.

    I called PayPal with whom I made the payment through. They escalated your query and I got a response, yet again with the same bull of being patient, they are processing my order.

    I responded that I wanted a full refund and quality too, no longer wait.

    Awaiting their response.

    Hello,

    I bought a dress at the store and was promised delivery up to 7 days, actually, even after 20 days I did not get the dress with such and such excuses.

    You can not buy from this store!

    I spoke with the store dozens of miles and that did not help. I did not get my money back.

      The products do not reach the store, it is a fraud. I made purchases of 140 and in two months I received nothing.

      I ordered one month ago and received an email just last week where they said that one item in your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status. The tracking number does not exist in DHL currier.

      I will wait but it is not a trustworthy company.
