Once potential victims contact the lottery scammers, thinking they are contacting The UK Mobile Promo, the scammers will ask them to send personal information, and subsequently ask them to send money in order to receive their so-called prizes, which the scammers will claim the money is for taxes or processing fees. They will then ask their potential victims to send the money via Western Union, MoneyGram or other money transfer services. Once the scammers have received their victims’ money, they will disappear, leaving the victim frustrated, depress, and a few hundreds or thousands of dollars broke.

The same lottery scammers may contact their victims and attempt to scam them again using the personal information the victims sent to them, or they may sell their victims’ information to other lottery scammers, who will also attempt to scam the victims.

Therefore, online users are asked not to visit www.ricaz.net, or any other websites, which claim they are winners in The UK Mobile Promo or Coke lottery and are asked to send money or personal information in order to receive their so-called prizes.

    Hello,

My husband received an email on his phone stating that he had won 2.5000 million pounds in a coco cola uk lottery. There was a check with a woman's face on it telling him that this is the person he had to contact etc to claim his winning check etc. To him it looks legitimate but to me it's a scam because I have been scammed by this before and other's in the past too many times. So I need confirmation that this coco cola uk lottery is a scam or not.

Could you please let me know asap as he is expecting to receive this check within a couple of weeks.

Not sure if he has sent his details etc but want to prevent him from being scammed.

    Thank you.

    Concerned wife.

    Charmaine.

I hope no one will fall for it!

    Received via email:

"I have just received this message via my mobile phone. "Winner of UKMobile Lotto. The message states to go to WWW.ricaz.net and a claim number AU564718812.helpline:info.ukmobile@cash4u. I have looked up the www.ricaz.net and no company, lotto exists; which brought me to this site. I just thought I would let you know this scammer is still attempting to scam people using mobile messages."
