Received via email: "Spent £100 at Woodbrass yesterday online. Message comes back via email saying they won’t have my items in for another 4 weeks and a French tel. no is given. I phone them up and the chap tells me he’ll get his colleague to refund it next week – I get pretty annoyed saying can I speak to his colleague and he doesn’t let me. I say that the paypal refund should be done pretty instantaneously and he says no because the stock takes 4 weeks to arrive…at this point I’m livid.. So I look up the company on Google to see if there is any scams and arrive at the webpage with your email address. Thanks very much. Jimmy."
