Is Coutoursale a Scam or an Untrustworthy Online Shoe Store?

Coutoursale at www.coutoursale.com is an untrustworthy Athletic Propulsion Labs online shoe store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

On coutoursale.com, it stated that the Coutoursale was created on March 2009, by then 22 year-old identical twins Adam and Ryan Goldston. But, this is not true. Adam and Ryan Goldston created Athletic Propulsion Labs located at www.athleticpropulsionlabs.com, which is the legitimate website. Coutoursale.com, which was created 9 days ago, appears to have copied the legitimate website.

I bought some items from a website that I don't remember the name, then I waited for the confirmation that never arrived. I become suspicious, so I went to my Credit card website to cancel the transaction that was still pending. It said the company name was Cotoursale. Capital one cancelled the charge.
A month later I got charge again since Capital one received the explanation that they have my signature of receipt (I never got anything since I did not expect any delivery from this company at all)
So yes this company is a scam
