Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards. About 8 people have contacted the museum asking if they sell the items listed on the site or what their relationship is. The museum is currently taking steps to figure out why their name is being associated with Masonoe transactions. A quick google search seems to show the site (Masonoe) is a scam operation. The fact that they are using another unrelated business's name in their transactions tells you that they probably shouldn't be trusted. They are obviously hiding something. If you have also ordered something and your charge is associated with the museum, cancel immediately. The museum is not receiving orders, money or personal information from this site. I haven’t received an email or any type of confirmation for any of it but my account has hit immediately. I’m pretty sure I won’t be receiving the item I ordered.
