Charttricks located at charttricks.top is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell bags, baseball, tools, toys, workbench, and smart home products and other products. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I ordered a workbench from Charttricks.top on December 13, the last update I received was December 25 that my purchase was in San Francisco and then nothing. I’m so angry at myself for falling for this. I have tried to contact them to no avail.

I am embarrassed to say it, but I also fell prey to Charttricks. I disputed with Citibank and they took it off for a while and now have resolved the dispute in favor of charttricks. I am a little p*ssed at Citibank. It's probably an automated process where if the vendor doesn't respond to the issue they just reverse the dispute. If you see the charge on your credit card the name is "Dannettes Asahikawa". I checked today and the site is now gone. I will continue to pursue a refund from Citibank, but I wish I had found more feedback on Charttricks before I ordered the non-existent product.

I placed an order on 12/2/19. Received a couple of shipping updates but nothing since 12/28. No product has arrived. The web site is also not working. I think I was scammed.

I placed an order for a workbench on 6/12/2019 and paid via PayPal. I have yet to receive the item and as someone else has reported, the charttricks.top website is no longer working. I am about to submit a report and claim to PayPal’s resolution centre. STAY AWAY FROM CHARTTRICKS.TOP!
