Whoever designed this website and this company - is making money on Chinese cheap labor, supplying US with poor quality items like Halloween costume type quality. Sizes are inadequate. 3XL equals to US petite, if you're lucky, etc.
The site owners are making money because it's advertised all over the web, where pictures look much better than products in reality. Some Karma there, I am sure...
I am very unlikely to order anything from this company again because:
- there's no telephone number to contact their customer service
- no email to contact them
- the message you see below came to me from a "No Reply" address
- the feature to contact them through their website is disabled - doesn't work
So, how is anyone supposed to contact them?
An honorable company will have multiple ways and guaranteed ways to contact their Customer Service. This company does not.
But when I wrote this same review on TrustPilot, they tried to show that they care - to prove it, they sent me a nice response from a "No Reply" email with no way for me to contact them.
It's a mystery how they stay in business in the US.
