    I ordered the steel drum in November and have never received anything. They keep saying it’s stuck in China because of the virus, but the tracking number they keep giving me has no info. I’ve asked several times for a refund, and have not received one. 😡

    I ordered an alloy steel drum in November, it arrived last week, middle of February... it is certainly an inferior product and I am requesting a refund.

    I ordered in November 2019 and still, my order has not arrived. I contacted various times the support mail address. They gave me a tracking number, but the order cannot be found with that. So I think it was a fraud and I won't get my order anymore. Don't buy at Flowershave Store!

    My wife asked me to order something from here on November 1st last year. Still no sign of it on Jan 28th. I have contacted them and they give me tracking numbers which when I put in to track do not exist. Very disappointing. Guess I will buy her something else now for Christmas.

    I ordered two items from this company and have received neither of the items. I purchased through PayPal and will be filing claims for refunds.

    I heard back from them finally with a tracking number and an apology. We will see what happens now. Maybe its a mom and pop type thing that takes months to reply. we will see.

    Caveat Lector "LET THE BUYER BEWARE". 10/28/19 - I received a message saying my order for 2 Alloy Steel Tongue Drums was getting ready for shipment. I have never received a message since. $ 112.19 out the window. Saw the ad on Facebook. Scam... yep... guess so huh. Shame on Me!

    Followed an AD on facebook for a toy robot, it took 4 weeks to arrive and was nothing like the one advertised. Seems like this is why the USA has problems making sure China stays within the trade agreement, if they can take advantage of you they will, no honesty.

    I ordered an item on Dec. 3 and it's Jan. 2 and I still have not received it. Have asked for an update and they just told me to "keep checking the tracking" which actually provides no information at all. I've asked for my money back but after reading these other stories I doubt I will receive it. Also, the website www.flowershave.store no longer exists.

    I ordered the Lawrence robots on dec 4th 2019. It’s is dec 31 I still haven’t received them they were Christmas presents. I emailed them. And requests a return of my money. I haven’t heard from them. After two emails. Website does t exist anymore

    I ordered 3 things back in early November. I just got my items the day before Christmas. The tracking was horrible on this. One of the items was defective and I asked for a refund. The only problem is I have to ship it back to China, and that may cost more than what I paid for the item. When I go to the site, it is showing "no longer available." If a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.

    I placed an order on Dec 5, 2019 & haven't received it yet. Contacted their customer service & was told keep checking tracking, it's on it's way. Have been checking & finally something came up, said it was ready to ship from China on Dec 26, 2019. I have told them I wanted it before Christmas & have had no response. Emailed them AGAIN & told them I want my money back, will see what they respond to that.

      I order something from them too...back in November. I JUST received it the day before Christmas. It took almost 2 months with no proper tracking. The stuff a received is not that great, but they responded to my email and said they would give me a full refund as long as I could provide the tracking number as proof that I sent it back.

    I ordered the robot Lawrence 3 weeks ago I thought was coming from China. I have not received it.

    Order No. 21004. I got an e-mail Dec 17, 2019 saying my order was on it's way. Nothing yet on Dec 24, 2019

      It took 2 months to get my items. It's not like we ordered from Amazon... haha. But in all seriousness, the website is no longer available. So, it's not like we can order from them again.
