Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. This is true...they are a scam. Thankfully I only ordered a $47 ice cream maker, which I never received, but have seen comments from others who spent much more money. Much like others' experience, I tried calling, but only reached a Google number with an option to leave a voicemail, that was never returned. I also emailed several times, with no reply. In addition to reporting the fraud to my credit card company, who investigated and refunded my money, I also reported to the Federal Trade Commision.
