951 Area Code Scam Calls - Have You Received One?

Online users are receiving Facebook, donation, and social security and bank telephone scam calls from a 951 area code. Please see the comments below, if there is any. If you have calls from area code 951, please share experiences with me by leaving a comment below. Area code 951 is a toll-free area code reserved for future use in the United States and Canada, but it seems as if its currently in use or being spoofed.

    What kind of scam is this? Received text message that reads, “ USPS 01123456789123 Available for Pickup 8:55am GARY V e9frc.info/fSL6jLwl4uF Reply STOP to mute”

      It appears to be a phishing scam. The page the link in the text message goes to has been taken down.
