Is wigsfancy.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?

Vert untrustworthy company. I ordered a wig for my Grammy for Mother’s Day. Received this nappy unfinished wig of very poor quality. It looked nothing like the advertisement on the website. When contacted about my refund, they kept giving the run around for weeks. They would not refund my money talking about I would be responsible for shipping product back to them and it would cost way more than what I paid for the item.
They would not give me an address to ship the item back to them. I emailed them for weeks. Then they stopped emailing and would not answer my emails after multiple requests for a refund. This site is a total SCAM!!! I did report them to BBB as well.

This company is a scam, after ordering a gift for my mom and receiving poor quality work, not as advertise, I find myself struggling to get a refund.

After contacting them for a refund they requested that I take a company of label where it was ship from.

I responded that I will not do their work for them, they needed to figure out how to refund me, I have not heard anything from them. Wow, really.

I need my package or my refund out back in my bank. You are the most untrustworthy people, non professional because you're not even contacting the customer to let know what's going on with their package. I don't believe that you are a reputable company I will report to the BBC if I haven't heard anything in a couple of days.
