The website, yanczi.com, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Make a purchase order # afas 112051 which arrive but the product was not really the one I had requested and I want to return but I cannot find product information and I do not have a phone number where to call the yanczi company for to inform me how to return it and to send me a paid postage label because it was not a package sent with the correct product that I had purchased. Please send me an email.

I ordered one which came, so I ordered 12 more two months ago and paid. I have not received this order...
