The website, insaneofferz.com, is an untrustworthy online store. Online shoppers my run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, products that look noting like what were advertised, or nothing at all. They may also experience lengthy delays in shipping and terrible customers service. Unsatisfied online shoppers who are unable to received a refund from the same store are asked to open a dispute with their banks or financial institution.

I ordered the hdtv antenna on 4th april and not received the item since. Chats has been exchanged, but no end product. Months has passed and they havr not con in touch with me or responding to my chats or emails. How can i get a refund?

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

I had the same issue with this website, for HDTV antenna which never arrived.
Told the item was on the way, and there might be delays.

Finally opened a dispute with Paypal, and the merchant never replied to the dispute. Paypal refunded my money.

Better stay away from them, and if you have not received your item, contact your bank, and send proof of your communication to commence chargeback process.

Basically as others have written, I ordered HDTV antenna cable on April 6. By May 6th I contacted them via Facebook messenger which they did respond and assured me that it was coming, I made contact again at the end of May and was told they had some issues Nd my order would arrive soon. June 6th I messaged again but this time have been ignored. Doesn't look to good especially as I ad to double check because one review is identical to mine and I almost thought I had already made a complaint but I haven't.

I also paid Insane Offerz €18.99 on 4 April (now 28 May) for a HDTV Free Cable Antenna and, although I have sent a number of e-mails, they are not replying.

Guess I need to raise a PayPal dispute.
