When I ordered merchandise from a Facebook ad, I was told the product would be delivered within 10 days- seemed reasonable, so I ordered. Now 4 weeks later, I reach customer service, only via email (another flag) and was told that there was a delay in shipping and due to that I was offered a 30% discount on the next order (are they kidding)!I wait one more week and again email customer service and demand product or full refund by Upcoming Friday, giving them 5-7 days to get their stuff together! I was told it is against policy and that the faq indicates no refunds! I email back and say - the contract does say that BUT more importantly says the consumer EILL RECEIVE the product ordered and paid for!
