I have recently bought a portable language translator for USD92.98 on 30 July 2019. I then received an email from Epicgadget on the 30 July 2019 confirming my order with a number 16756 informing me that they are getting my order ready to be shipped and will notify me when it will be sent.However, it has been 3 weeks and my 4 subsequent emails to epicgadgetsupport-starpointssg.com enquring about the delivery status has been unanswered. How long does it take for them to send the product or is this a scam? If this is, then how to get a refund as I have already paid with my Credit Master Card. Any ideas, guys who have encountered this before? Appreciate your help. Thanks
