Block "Scam Likely" Calls

  • Activate Scam Block (Recommended): Dial #662# (or #ONB#) and press call. You will receive a confirmation.
  • Deactivate Scam Block: Dial #632# (or #OFB#) and press call.
  • Check Status: Dial #787# (or #STS#) to see if it is active.
  • Use the App: Download the T-Life app to manage, report calls, and enable advanced caller ID.
  • Report Misidentified Calls: If a legitimate call is blocked, report it at T-Mobile's call reporting site.

  • Caller ID: Dial #436# (or #ONI#) to enable free enhanced caller ID.
