The fake email is being sent by cybercriminals who are attempting to trick you into click on the links in it, which goes to a phishing website. The phishing website will ask visitors to sign-in, but any attempt to sign-in will result in the visitors' Bank of America account credentials being sent to the cybercriminals behind the fake email.
