I've been through the same situation. I ordered the projector and have only received what can be described as a shoddy dollar store white plastic tablecloth. For $20.00.I've e-mailed them and received no response. I'll be contacting my bank to see what else I can do, not sure if I can get a refund.I used my PayPal account to pay for it. This is definitely a scam.
I also purchased the Window wonderland Halloween/Christmas projector. After 30 days I received a plastic screen and began to investigate Loveshop. I find that the ad for this product has been removed from their webpage and E-Mails go unanswered.I called my credit card company (Visa) and put a hold on the funds. I won't loose money but now I have the hassle of having my card info in the hands of questionable people.
