The same happened to me. I received plastic garbage. They even responded to my email last month when I asked why it was taking so long.

The same happened to me and mine was broken as well and could not be used they offered me $5 instead of the $42.10 I paid. I am complaining to the Chinese Embassy about them as well as Paypal. They also have a few names they seem to trade under

They are doing the same to every one. I noticed that the description on my receipt from Paypal is different from the one on their receipt, it appears that some one has changed the name of the product on their receipt but not the photo. I have even sent them copies of the order and receipts so I have sent all the paperwork to the trade department at the Chinese Embassy. I don't know if they will do anything but we can try

I ordered an over-the sink organizer - two actually. I paid about $49 for both including shipping. I received two sets of 3 plastic pieces of garbage... worth about $1.

OMG I am dealing with them and PayPal over this exact item. They sent me a piece of blue plastic garbage. The description still says it is stainless steel but now they have changed the picture. They offered me $5.00 and then $10.00 for a refund but I declined. So I reached out to PayPal and they are saying after reviewing the response from this company they will refund me but I have to pay the return shipping fees to send it back to China. I replied to PayPal with yet again pictures of what they sent me vs what I ordered. The description on my PayPal receipt even says stainless steal! I am so frustrated!

I ordered an over sink drainer and paid €27.99. 3 weeks later got a cheap 3 tier plastic rack that I could have bought from Poundland. Contacted them to say order not correct but they said I got what I ordered and offered me a €5.00 refund. I told them I was not happy with this so they said I can return the item which would cost at least €10.00 and would take at least 20 days for a refund. They suggested I keep the product received and they would give me a €10.00 refund. I'm going to take this up with my credit card people. These guys are scammers. They put a description of the item which does not reflect the image. Don't buy from them!

They are selling an over the sink organizer by Pusdon for $14.99. This item is over $100 on Amazon. It says they accept PayPal but I'm assuming those people just never hear from them again. Those that use their credit cards will find their info sold on the black market. Also, Acelote is a character in an online game.
