Taceral located at www.taceral.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell foldable eBike and other products. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I ordered and paid for an ebike and a child’s plastic camera was delivered worth 50 cents, after months and 40 odd emails I still haven’t received it,even though it was paid for using PayPal they did not refund my money even though they say in their adverts money back. I would strongly advise anyone not to deal with TACERAL regards Ian 😩
I bought a bike from taceral and they took the money and never got the bike, I have chase them even my PayPal customer spoke to them and no refunds no bike, I lost my money, I dont think is good idea to buy something online from them
I have already made the payment online for the mate bike on www.taceral.com and also have the payment receipt.Now when I went to check the delivery status the site is not working it doesn't exist anymore.I called my bank to stop the payment but they say it's already approved and the money is already paid to the vendor.How can I get the money refunded or the product?
If your bank cannot help you, then no one can, unfortunately.
Actually, you can report it to your local police.
