Is a Scam or Legit Website?

Served Advance located at appears to be untrustworthy. The website is using the telephone number +1 888 291 5811, which is associate with a website that scammed me 2 months ago. I was told by the website that scammed me that I won an iPad and only had to pay $1 but ended up having $39.99 taken from my credit card. I called them and they said the iPad was being shipped on the 10th of February. I said no give me my money back, but the lady on the line persisted in giving me a free gift along with my delivery. I said ok but I now realize that in fact, it is a scam. After doing some more research, I found that hundreds of online users are being scammed by websites associated with telephone number: +1 888 291 5811.
