The exact same thing happened to me. I ordered refurbished Bose headphones and received a fake Louis Vuitton wallet instead. I emailed them and received a reply that they are a legit website and they would resend the headphones. A month later and the headphones are supposedly lost in the mail. I emailed again and asked for a refund and received a response offering me a $60 gift certificate. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge.
