Before Christmas I received a generic response from them about longer shipping due to Covid etc. I now cannot get a response from them and they have deleted their emails. But now I know for sure that I have been ripped off as I saw your post about the ring sizer, which I received 2 of before Christmas. I am going to contact my bank to see if a recovery can be made but I’m certainly not holding my breath!
