07960639223 Scam Apple Pay Text Message

I received a text from 07960639223 saying "Applepay your card has been added to Sam's iPhone" with a link to hxxp://applepay-register.com. I reported this scam to Apple's 7726 phishing service. The website the link goes to is a scam, it is not a legit Apple registered website.

Received the same message" You(r) card has been added to "iPhone8 - Sam's iPHone", if you do not own this device, please cancel the device setup here: applepay-restrict.com.

I have now blocked the number and will try to report this, not sure where.
