I ordered a dress for my mom for $153. Plus tax and plus expedite. I suppose to receive it December 16 and then they said December 23 and become December 24. My husband has been waiting for that package the whole day because it’s required a signature. My husband didn’t even come with us to go to church for Christmas Eve because he's waiting for the package and when we call it said January. We received January. The dress is okay but it’s not fit the size 8. my mom wants me to order the next size 10.so I ordered the same dress but size 10 $129 and I paid to expedite. Now I received size 8. What I’m gonna with the 2 dress size 8.
I ordered three dresses on value more than 300$. I received one dress after 9 days of shipment and it was saying the second parcel left a day later. So far, I only got 1 part of the shipment and no details about the second part. I contacted tbdress immediately on the same day at the delivery that I don’t like the quality of the dress and would like to return it. Until today, I sent several emails through their website but also directly via email asking for the return address and details of the 2nd shipment and so far o ONLY received one Very unsatisfied email back with only the tracking no and the websites where I can track my items. They haven’t answered any of my questions and were helpful in any way.Even calling doesn’t get me anywhere. I ordered three dresses on value more than 300$. I asked for a refund 3 days after ordering, they responded by offering me coupons, that was a month ago, I still haven't received my money back, anyone having issues I urge you to contact the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.
