I ordered the Sea Glass Christmas tree on 10/21/20 and paid $59.98. Today, after much communication with PayPal because I suspected a scam, I received an ugly turquoise plastic tree. I could buy at Big Lots for under $10. I refuse to give as the special gift it was meant to be and will be returning it! How can I do that?

This email address is tied to fraud on other sites. They engage in a bait and switch after you've paid for the product.
