Purchased clothing items from Livarose on 13th April 2020. Bank transaction went through as CHICV Hong Kong. Following an email conversation to return the clothing as it was too small. Livarose suggested purchasing other material to insert into the seams. The goods were returned to China after receiving a return label. (I had to pay for the return postage on top of the payment for the goods) This was sent by Royal Mail to be Tracked and signed for. Livarose never went to collect and sign for the items. These items were returned to me by Royal Mail as they could not be delivered on the 11/8/20.Livarose is not a company to order any goods from and should be closed down. 100% Scam
Really bad company, absolute rubbish, cheap and nasty too, I wouldn’t even give this rubbish to a charity shop
Diabolical Service. Extremely poor Quality goods.All purchased items going into the charity bag. Wouldn’t waste my time or money on return postage.
