Review of the Online Storean anonymous user from: Douglassville, Pennsylvania, United StatesMegaDeals also goes by the name HandyBucky, ValuePerks, ZestAds, and probably others. There is an entire group on Facebook who was scammed when trying to buy a LunaVac. At first, it takes forever for the item to show up, and then it is NOTHING like the ad, and the counterfeit item often has a completely different name (BowAI). It has none of the features shown in the ad and is a complete piece of junk.Filing a dispute with PayPal (only payment choice for the LunaVac) results in frustration. After endless delays as you are asked to send in multiple photos, videos, and other documentation to make your case that the item received was substantially different than the item ordered, you might finally get an email saying you can get a refund. However, PayPal requires you to send the item back with tracking, but it costs nearly as much to send it back as the item itself. Also, it will generally not get signed for once back in China because the return address is invalid (it is actually the address of the Consulate General of Malaysia in Hong Kong, and queries receive emails back saying there is no tenant in their building with any of the various names given). The only way to get your money back is to go through the bank or credit card linked to PayPal and file a FRAUD claim.
