I am going to report this company to the Australian Department of Consumer affairs. Terrible company. Beware. I am going to make sure as many people as possible know how band this company is.

I ordered a ThermoRF from this company. After several follow up requests, I received the device 6 weeks later. When I tried to use the device, it would not work. When I contacted the company, they created a number of hoops for me to climb through. They wanted a picture of any damage to the packaging, even though I had indicated that the only problem was that the device did not work. Then they wanted a video of the problem! Since it did not work, how did they expect me to video it? After several back and forth emails with several delay tactics, I still have not been given an address to return the device. As well, their web pages have disappeared including their refund policy. They have ripped me off for $114.99.

Please do not purchase anything from this company; they are not reputable.
