I had similar experience. They sent me masks instead of sewing machine and fake tracking # for the replacement machine.

The EXACT same thing happened to me! They made money selling non-existent sewing machines. I received a face mask. They said there was a mix up at the warehouse and resent it. Of course, it never arrived. They said it would take a month to send me a refund. They never did! SCAM AND LIES

I also ordered a sewing machine and I received 1 KN95 mask, they are nice but I was pi—ed, sent email to all the addresses, I displayed my disdainful self, they responded with 4 emails trying to explain, at the end she said she made a mistake and wanted to resend my mystery sewing machine, Guess I will be getting 😷 mask.

I really wish I had read these comments I would have already started trying to recover, dam . Have anyone ever got what they ordered?

They are awful!!

Also ordered sewing machine and got 10 KN95 masks. They told me logistics sent the wrong item. Would you like us to resend item? I said no. Offered me 60% refund. After I said no to that they offered 80%. I didn’t even dignify that with an answer. Started an inquiry with PayPal and they have reimbursed me the full amount. They are probably using the sewing machines we were supposed to get to make the masks they’re sending out, LOL

They send face masks instead of the much more expensive products you actually order. Be sure to cancel your credit cards if this company has your information. My bank is now in dispute with them over my charge.

I also ordered an embroidery machine that included the scan n cut2 machine for a very cheap price that was advertised online.
Company Sessainae. And all got was some face masks. This company needs to be reported to persons in charge of the internet and Facebook because they also come out in there. I have e-mailed them the phone is a fake number.

So I was in search for a Sewing Machine, Specifically by Singer. Due to COVID, as is for so many, I haven't been able to work most of this year. The purchase was to serve as learning something new and fun that would also be practical. I couldn't afford the prices online but didn't want a cheap one because I wanted it to last SO enter SESSINAE! I found THE sewing machine I was searching for, for almost $100 less. Yes, a flag went off but being short on funds I thought, lets have faith in humanity... This may be real or so I hoped. I also used PayPal to pay cause I knew that if something was to go wrong, I'd get my money back so I jumped in... Second red flag, I thought it was a US company, not sure if I had actually seen that somewhere but then I receive a message that they would need up to two months or so to deliver because it was coming from China. I wanted it NOW and was willing to wait a couple of weeks, but MONTHS!? I tried to cancel but no one responded to my emails hence, a third red flag. Weeks later I still didn't have a tracking number for my Sewing machine and wrote to no avail. When they finally responded they assured me I'd get a tracking number when they sent the item out and that due to COVID, I should be patient. OK... They would eventually send the tracking info and I followed it daily. It finally arrives about 8 or 9 days after the tracking was sent and its "out for delivery". I receive a delivery notice and go down to retrieve and the tracking number matching a package in my mailbox, YES MAILBOX was a tiny, soft pouch of about 4X4 inches so yeah... NO SEWING MACHINE! I immediately worked on getting my money back ASAP. I sent pictures of, are you ready? 6 disposable and apparently, very expensive face masks at about $12 a piece. They received notice of my complaint and refund request AND THEN contacted me to apologize and promise to send another. I said NO and demanded they refund me immediately. Mistakes happen all the time but how do face masks get confused for a Sewing machine?

I think this company is a SCAM, I think they get away with stuff like this all the time and I think they should be avoided like the plague. I have pics and order receipt as proof if it'll help.

I guess its true that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!

Ordered a sewing machine in early July, received 10 masks. Got the tracking number and followed it all the way from China to the US. The number they gave me and the number on the package matched. They only use PayPal as the form of payment. These SCAMMERS are getting more clever. It’s a shame when hard-working people try to save a few bucks. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!

I was scammed when I purchased a sewing machine off anise.com website. The charge was 99.00 received confirmation of payment when taken out of my account they took 113.00. They used macarioxcxxax-gmail.com and number 267-907-0213. None of this information is good. Be Aware

The address for the business is a single family dwelling. There are 95 people known to live there. It is also the address of a custom tile installer. Everything about it screams scam.

The sender email is contact-mail.jstimier.com. If you google jstimer.com that's another fake site, looking very similar to this one by the same person. Note that their listed phone does not pick up, and the listed address in Michigan is a 1-bed 1-bath house in the middle of nowhere.
