Definitely fake. They will charge your paypal account and the money goes to gift card purchases - those gift card codes are then sold on the dark web. Fake customer service phone (non working cell), fake returns address (someone else's private residence), etc... What you can do to help stop them: send notice of fraud to paypal requesting they stop business with this site, also send notice to google because this site comes up in search results now more and more at the top of the page so more people are clicking on it.
