I made the payment last June 10. Bought the 2 artisan stand electrical mixers for the price of 9.99 usd each. But they deducted my credit card for almost 100usd. Did not receive any mail for any confirmation, and no delivery or tracking number given.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. MAY THEY BE REPORTED so that their website will be shut down.
My biggest regret.. purchasing an Artisan Electric Mixer last June 9, I completed the payment method then I haven't received any confirmation or whatsoever info from my email.. then they put different price and they deducted 10x than the stated price.. I was deducted of Php5,000.oo,.. I made that money from hardwork every day, now it went POOF because of this heartless scammer!
I’ve bought something and it was 16$, than on my credit card they charged me 130$.. Seems like I won’t have the item and I’ve cancelled my card to have an other One. Dont buy anything on this website!
How do I delete my account on this site?
I do not think you can.
How will I be able to cancel my order to this site, they have the information of my credit card.
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. Then, cancel the card you have used and get a new one.
5econds is a rip-off. Canceled an order 2 hours after I placed an order after seeing the same item for sale at half the cost. They ended up telling PayPal they sent items and it was delivered on such and such a date. I had a USPS TRACKING number that said it was delivered to my city, my zip code. It was never shipped to me. And PalPal closed my claim. Burnt me for just under $100.00 Do not, “DO NOT” Patronize this company!
