If you have seen videos or ads of her promoting this or other pills/gummies, they are fraudulent advertisements created by scammers using sophisticated AI deepfakes. Winfrey has explicitly warned the public that she does not endorse any weight-loss supplements. Instead, she has been open about managing her weight by utilizing medically prescribed GLP-1 medications alongside a consistent routine of healthy eating, drinking a gallon of water a day, and exercising.

Major Red Flags

  • Hidden Billing and Overcharging: Many consumers have reported on the BBB Scam Tracker and Trustpilot that once they placed an order, they were charged much higher amounts than advertised or locked into recurring monthly subscription fees without consent.
  • High-Pressure Sales and Phony Websites: The sellers use high-pressure tactics like fake countdown timers and confusing discount structures. There are also numerous copycat websites operating under slightly different names, making it difficult to find accurate contact info or return policies.
  • Unverifiable Health Claims: Dietary supplements like AlkaLean are not approved or regulated by the FDA for weight loss. The FDA regularly warns that online-only miracle weight loss pills often feature hidden, unlisted ingredients that pose serious health risks.

If you have already your payment details on suspicious website, you should act immediately:

  1. Contact Your Bank: Call your credit card company or bank immediately to report fraudulent charges and request a chargeback.
