Is Climety a Scam Review of the Online Store

Climety located at www.climety.com is an untrustworthy online store. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

"Threat of CLIMETY retail provider which does not enable refunds and provides faulty goods.

I bought women's clothing online from them, from a legit looking website- with some faulty English grammar - should be a heads up for concerns.

It took 10 emails from me for them to finally get a return address for goods I didn't want.

I am based in UK and it's a China address.

They tried to ask me to keep the products, negotiate a discount on future purchases 10%, 20%, a 10% then 20% refund

I refused all these and quoted UK consumer law of requirements for refund.

Finally I have an address. Whether I will ever get the refund I don't know.

Many companies are linked to their address, which I finally got hold of

    5.Returned address:

Address: In the yard of Zhaoheng Bearing Co., Ltd., No.1, Jinfu 2nd Road, Liaobu Town, Dongguan City,Guangdong Province,China

    Zip code: 523430

    Telephone:0086-18682126235

    Contact name: Meng Mingqi

    Selling similar products.

It will cost about £15 to send the items, maybe £20 but it is worth it for me as the items for refund are worth £124 in refund value.

Their company in UK appears dodgy. BUMPERR LTD. No address, no one possible to find anywhere online.

People to look out for here -Lingling WU and Min MA - Lingling has four UK companies listed with very few assets and some UK based directors who are impossible to find outside of the companieshouse listings.

If I were a lawyer I'd look into it as the whole lot stinks to me. Of people getting scammed all over the place for small amounts of money it's not worth their while chasing, in a whole ton of pop up companies selling identical products which look good online and are rubbish or faulty in reality - IF the customer receives them at all."

    Received via email.

HI I’m in the same situation as you. Offering all sorts of discounts to keep the items. Did you get a refund?
