Subscription From Microsoft Account Has Been Renewed Scam
an anonymous user from: Twinsburg, Ohio, United States

They called me and said membership expiring and to log into computer, hit the Microsoft key and the "R" key on my keyboard at the same time (which took me to the Run screen on my computer), then enter this web address: www.microsoftpcsupport.com, that one did not work so he transferred me to his "supervisor", who told me to enter this web address:www.microsoftpcsupport.com. While I was typing this address into my run page, I decided to look the web addresses up online and they both came back as invalid web address or couldn't be found. I called him out on being a scam artist, shamed him and told him I'd call the police and hung up.
