Is Decfae a Scam? Review of the Online Store

Decfae located at decfae.com is a fake online store claiming to sell DeWalt power tools. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Paypal is the only method of payment on the decfae.com site and I am trying to get a refund for my purchase. BUT >>>

paypal is not interested in running a true investigation and keeps moving the bar for my refund in 15 day lots. I have the two scam packages from decfae.com not
open in a quart zip lock bag matching the tracking numbers from Paypal ...I have screen
shots of my purchase of over 50 pounds of tools but paypal is not interested in the proof of the scam and never requested the upload of pictures..IF I do not get a refund >>>Paypal will be more of a scam than this outfit which at least mailed some kind of gag gift in 6
days from China..the Us mail is not that fast! I notified the decfae website that all
security in the US was calling out the scam but they where fast shippers and could not
refund money..in a very respectful comment!

SCAM! Yes I am another another one that got swindled! Yahoo should check you they are allowing to post ads through there site.

This is a scam! My bank said it was a Nigerian outfit that put this ad together. Yahoo should take it down!! Too many people are being swindled from this ad.

Ditto! When I placed the order the receipt listed a USPS tracking number. It seemed unusually long. At the bottom it also said that my item had shipped. All within 10 seconds! Uh oh, I had that sinking feeling. I used American Express via Pay Pal. I can only hope.

Somewhat related, huge discount on LEGOS, ordered and tried to pay using paypal, paypal would not take the order, did some research, yep a scam, format same as this one!

If decade is a scam site, why are they allowed to continue to operate? Has the DeWalt Co. tried to post a disclaimer or filed a complaint?
