Fake "Parcel Pending" text messages with a link to 17smv.info, like the one below, are scams and spams being sent by online spammers and scammers. Therefore, recipients are asked not to click the link in the fake text messages, they should just delete them.

I got it from 859-208-9521
It used my correct first name so I'm assuming they got the info from a marketplace ad like offerup or craigslist
