Is RIGHT PC EXPERTS a Scam? Technical Support Website Review

Not sure if there is anything I can do, but I would like RIGHT PC EXPERTS to stop sending me emails like the one below. The emails, which seems to be offering me 1 year of technical support service, appear to be fraudulent. I did not request any information from RIGHT PC EXPERTS, nor have I registered with them. If you have any information about this so-called technical support website, please leave it in a comment below.
