After waiting 6 weeks I finally recieved my order. The box the product came in was damaged, and the product itself was not what was advertised. I basically recieved a dollar store battery operated squeaking child's toy. It dis nothing the product description said it would and then when I contacted them even tho the website says 100% money back guarantee, they are trying to offer me only 10%.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I have had the same experience. Do not buy from this company. Product is junk and it did not work. Is not as described and lots of luck getting your money back. I have been trying for over a month and also got pay pal involved. I was told they will refund money but I had to pay $20 to ship item back to them

I brought one of these dogs and it’s a complete scam I brought this so called dog and what turned up was a curly bit of material that made a squeaking noise not even a bark. The dog came in a battered old box and I would not even pay £2 for it let alone £29.99 which I paid . So I seriously warn anybody who was thinking of buying one to not as it’s a big disappointment. This company should be shut down

I was also scammed and received two stupid yapping dogs that don’t even look like the ones advertised let alone function as such. I was offered a 10% refund or once I returned the dogs paying $20 for shipping I would receive a full refund. I have replied that they are committing fraud and unless I receive a full refund immediately I would have my credit card company open a fraud investigation. I am awaiting their reply.
