Didn't get it. It's a scam site that advertises on facebook.com. My friend ordered one a few weeks ago. Same place & site. Never got hers either. Both our credit xards refunded our accounts. I contacted Intex told them about them. They said they're not an authorized dealer or a factory direct & have had many people contact them about this fake company. So they are aware. Now if you're reading this you are too.an anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userJul 26, 2020 at 10:47 AM by Kayaklimit com Scam: Review of the Fake Online Storean anonymous user from: Monticello, Indiana, United StatesI tried to find out reviews on kayak limit.com before ordering but wasn't able to find anything on my initial search. I then ordered an Intex Challenger1 kayak for my birthday on June 8th, 2020. Their site said 'payment success' with notes about how soon they shipped their products (within 5-10 days I should receive). I kept writing to them about my order when it wasn't arriving as expected, no one ever answered any of my 6 communications. Unfortunately, the credit card bill was paid thinking it was just taking a long time to arrive from China. Now on July 25th, I've realized that it is never going to arrive and wish I had found this complaint site before ordering. The credit card company is going to issue a refund for the entire amount (which turned out to be $61 and change ... quite different from the $48.99 the online site said was the cost including fast shipping).Wish I had known all this beforehand, but am learning about this fake site and had a growing suspicion that that is what kayak limit.com was ... now it's confirmed.Ruined my birthday gift and now have to pay much more to get the same item elsewhere. Left a bad memory of this that will be attached to the item once I receive from another vendor.
