I have had several elderly clients scammed by this.I thought it best to inform Best Buy that a common email scam was using their Geek Squad name.After numerous telephone (failed) attempts to contact someone at Best Buy's fraud department, I finally got someone on their Chat.They seemed indifferent to the entire thing.So much for Best Buy.
