    I'm an IT support person. I have had several elderly clients scammed by this.

    I thought it best to inform Best Buy that a common email scam was using their Geek Squad name.

    After numerous telephone (failed) attempts to contact someone at Best Buy's fraud department, I finally got someone on their Chat.

    They seemed indifferent to the entire thing.

    So much for Best Buy.
